Welcome to my Research and Academic Profile. I am currently a Maria Skłodowska Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Computer Science and Automation of the University of Salamanca in Spain. My research topics are complexity sciences, specifically self-organizing systems, Boolean Networks and their applications, and complexity in engineering systems (including manufacturing and telecommunications).
Before this I was a Research Associate at the Distributed Information and Automation Laboratory (DIAL), Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. I also was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate (2023-2024), and from 2024 onward, Fellow of St. Edmund’s College, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Before that I was a Research Associate (2020-2021) and Postdoctoral Fellow (2021-2023) at the Center for Complexity Sciences (Centro de Ciencias de la Complejidad – C3), National Autonomous University of México (UNAM).
Before working at C3-UNAM, I was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Puerto Rico – Río Piedras. I’ve also spent many years (about 20) working for different industries as an engineer. I am also a professional musician. For my music profile, visit My Music Page.
